My wife and I used Rhodes Construction a few years ago to have an in-ground storm shelter installed in our garage. Well, fast-forward to 2024 we purchased a new house and knew we wanted to add a storm shelter. We knew immediately we were going to contact Rhodes. Rhodes and Debbie were both fantastic. I was able to purchase an above ground storm shelter for our garage very quickly. When I mean quick, I ordered it on Saturday and his crew was at my house installing it three days later. Rhodes Construction did a wonderful Job installing my storm shelter. The communication was very good through text messages. They were delayed at a previous job and notified me right away to see if the time frame adjusted would still work for me. Once they arrived they got to work right away. Those 2 guys worked so hard getting my storm shelter off of the trailer and set into place in my garage. The job took about 2 and a 1/2 hours to completion. Once they were completed they asked me to look at it and show it me how to work the door and make sure that I was satisfied. The storm shelter is great quality and was the largest one that they had and it still fit well into my 2 car garage with plenty of room for my car. I would highly recommend rhoads construction.

We purchased the in ground unit to go in our enclosed garage. Rhodes, sales staff and installers were great from start to finish. The shelter is awesome, price was very competitive and Rhodes Construction is a first class operation.
